Let me start by saying its not "bow-wow" but rather "bad, well"

In context:

You feel bad well so do I, yeah so do I.

And also is not "In the window of this box"
but rather "In a windowless box"

In context:
I did my time in a windowless box, like it or not.

Personally; I think this song is about a man who is trapped inside his mind, going through a lot of mental anguish and has either decided on or is contemplating suicide.

He starts by saying he feels trapped inside his mind,
questioning how he changed so much as a person; how who he was managed to get away from him.

Then "I've got a new low, all 52 cards in a row" There are 52 cards in a deck; and he's saying how he's reached rock bottom and everything is lined up now for him to die because he's realized he can't let go of his past/troubles.

He then talks about how people in his life have used him as a shoulder to cry on; when really he has been hurting himself, and all he feels like is someone people use to make themselves feel better.

The chorus talks about his depression, how he's been everywhere and sometimes he's been happy but for most of his life he's been sad.

He then goes onto say "I make mistakes just like everybody else..." That line is pretty self-explanatory.
He makes mistakes he can't forgive himself for.

In the last stanza; he talks about the time he has spent feeling this way; that like it or not it happened to him, and he realizes he only has today (maybe to commit the suicide?) because yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn't comming.

Thats just my interpretation; I wouldn't really know unless I asked x)
